Samit Shah, a board-certified diagnostic radiologist specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Imaging. Dr. Shah received his fellowship training in MSK Radiology at the world-renowned Duke University Medical Center followed by a decade of experience in providing high-level specialty reads in orthopedics and rheumatology. He has significant radiologic expertise in conditions and injuries affecting the bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and spine.

Dr. Shah complements Charter Radiology’s well-established reputation for the highest quality imaging and interpretation. His areas of radiologic specialty include:

• Adolescent sports injuries including knees, shoulders, elbows, and hipsTotal joint replacement evaluation utilizing metal artifact suppression MR imaging

• Initial and post-treatment multi-modality assessment of orthopedic oncologic conditions

• Evaluation of patients with refractory symptoms following arthroscopy and/or surgery

• Work-up and surveillance imaging of rheumatologic conditions with radiographs, dual-energy CT, and MRI
