MR Appearance of Gout

Clinical History

Bilateral Knee pain

Findings: 4 cm soft tissue mass arising adjacent to the patella with some erosion of the patella and extending superiorlly into the quadriceps tendon. Findings are very symmetrical in both knees. Joint space is normal. Findings compatible with tophaceous Gout.
